Jacob is a senior at Johnston and a two time MHSHL Academic Award winner.   He was the 2011 Iowa Industrial Technology Exposition State Champion for Metalworking by designing and building a three wheeled go cart.   Besides hockey he enjoys wake boarding, jet skiing, and wrenching on stock cars.
