The team will be staying at the Baymont Inn in Sioux City, IA. Parents can make reservations at the Baymont (712) 233-2302 or they can call the AmerInn (712) 255-1800 or the Hampton Inn (712) 274-0100. There are only six rooms available for parents at the Baymont at $62. You need to indicate that you are making reservations under Oak Leaf hockey. We have no special rate at the other two hotels. We will be staying in Kearney, NE at the Wingate Inn (308) 237-4400. Parents can reserve a room for approximately $79 and some change. This includes breakfast. You will need to call prior to October 24th to get this rate. This is about $20 off the normal rate. Our plan is to drive over to Lincoln the latter part of Saturday morning. As you know, we play Lincoln late Saturday afternoon. We will return to DM on Saturday night. We will be taking the team to the Tri City/DM Bucs game on Friday night. This should provide some entertainment for the players and parents making this trip.

Mason City - December 7th
We will stay at the Country Inn and Suites (near the rink on the main road into Mason City) phone number is 641-423-1770. The rate for parents is $96 and breakfast is included. We decided it was better to stay the night here and then drive over to Dubuque early Saturday morning for the first game at noon. Parents need to call two weeks prior to December 7th to confirm a room. Identify yourself as an Oak Leaf parent.
Dubuque - December 8th
We will be staying at the Country Inn and Suites in Dubuque. Parents will need to call quickly to reserve a room. The number is 563-583-2500. The rate is $88.20 and includes breakfast.
Kansas City - December 28th
We will stay at the Overland Park Marriott (on Metcalf Road at I-435). The rate for parents is $79. We will be staying at this same hotel the following weekend when we play the KC Outlaws. Parents will need to call the hotel by December 6th to confirm a room. The telephone number is 913-451-8000 and indicate that you are making a reservation under Oak Leaf 2.
Kansas City - January 5th
We will stay at the Overland Park Marriott. The rate for parents is $79. Parents will need to call the hotel by December 14th to confirm a room. For those parents who wish to stay closer to the rink, there is a Marriott Courtyard in Shawnee that is available. The rate is higher. The reservation number is 913-631-8800.
Quad Cities - February 29th - March 2nd
The team will be staying at the Marriott Fairfield Inn. Parents who wish to book a room should contact the hotel and indicate that you are part of the Des Moines Oak Leafs and you wish to book under "Oak Leaf 2". The dates for the tournament are February 29 to March 2nd. The number is 563-355-2264. The rate is $65 per night and this includes breakfast.
