President's Letter

Welcome Oak Leafs Hockey Fans!

I would like to thank you for your continued support. Everyone in the Oak Leafs organization is excited for another great season of Midwest High School Hockey League action! The team returns to the ice as the defending Regular Season Varsity Champions and the JV Regular Season and Tournament Runners-Up. In addition, the Varsity posted a 3-1 record at the National High School Hockey Tournament in Chicago, Illinois.

Second year head coach Rob Rose returns with his fantastic coaching staff. Returning to the bench are assistant coaches Shawn Edwards, Mike Gannon and Nick Fasano. The coaching staff does a great job instructing these players on and off the ice.

The board would like to give special thanks to all the volunteers who help make our hockey program a success year after year. Without their support it would be impossible to experience the outstanding achievements we have as a team and as a program.

Finally, thanks to our loyal Oak Leafs fans! You help create the atmosphere that is such a big part of our home ice advantage. The players and coaches appreciate hearing the cheers of their classmates, friends and families! We really appreciate our fans and the time you spend here helping to promote a spirit of good sportsmanship for the great game of hockey!
