DES MOINES OAK LEAFS - Annual Mitten Toss
The Des Moines Oak Leafs and Des Moines Capitals held the Annual Mitten Toss, Wednesday, December 21. For over 15 years seniors from Oak Leafs and the Capitals have picked up donations from the ice to give to our community. To read more on our league website click here.
Tukey Cup fundraiser supports four local families this holiday season.
The Des Moines Oak Leafs and the Des Moines Capitals recently met on the ice to celebrate the 20th annual Turkey Cup.
This year both teams hosted a fundraiser supporting West Des Moines Human Services. Due to the generosity of the community, money was raised to support four local families during this holiday season.

The Minnesota Blue Ox, a Junior A team out of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, is a member of the U.S. Premier Hockey League.
This season, seven former members of the Midwest High School Hockey League, representing five of the League's teams, are taking the first step in their goal of playing college hockey and beyond. Click here to read more.
